Argan Oil for Dry skin

Have been using pure Argan Oil for about one week now. Having Very Dry skin has been my demised. Really have seen a difference with this oil. My skin is not as dry , all my itching has stopped and my feet are finally getting better.  The feet were so dry that this where always pealing. I start using the Argan oil on them and have seen a great difference. The red dry sections are healing and the a not peeling as much. I will continue to use it on the feet.
Having a problem with my arms and the dryness for many year, now I can see the light. Putting the 100% pure oil, no additives ( perfumes or other oil) is make a total difference. The skin is smoother and less itching caused by dryness.
Why is my skin so dry? I am guessing it is caused by Menopause. In the 90's I had my ovaries and uterus removed due to illness. I was on hormone therapy until I turn 50 and then I went off. Noticed that my skin started to get drier. Always had dry skin but this was even more than usual. Trying all kinds of products from pure vitamin E to Bees wax, nothing seem to be working. Only a few hours of moisture relief.
Saw a product called Argan Oil on a shopping network. There was a return policy I could not refuse.  Yes it was expensive, but I have been trying a lot of product and have spent so much that why not try it. After a week I have seen quite a change. I do want to really emphasize that this is 100% pure Argan Oil. Noticing that I did have other products with argan oil in it, however they had other additives. These additives are alcohol base. They include perfumes and other oils in them, be sure to read the labels. It might sound good but if there are other products in it, that can be counter active on the oils properties. Causing the effects of the oil to not adsorb as it should.
I found that this product is not greasy at all and I can use it all over my body, even my dry hair. For now I am sold on the product. If you would like to know where to get it, e-mail me and I will direct you to the product.
will be giving updates on this product as I continue to use it. As with every product Time will tell.

Thursday Thrifty Tip- Flu and Colds, Are you ready?

We are all trying to stay healthy during our Winter Flu season. Here are a couple things to add to that list of preventative items.

Mushrooms, that's right eat plenty of mushrooms. Mushrooms contain Selenium, which is a chemical that help the immune system. They also have B vitamins. The key is to eat them raw so that the full value of their immune properties are there. So add them to your salads and eat them as a snack

Preparing for the Winter Months.

We have decided to postpone the thermal solar project. Looking into adding to our solar panels, that might be a better option. The newer ones can be easier added and no inside work needs to be done. Right Now funds are tight, and with the problem with the government funding we need to be more cautious with ours.

We are still doing well with the solar. Saving about 1/2 of Utilities expenses. Still working on our indoor lighting and electrical uses. With the winter approaching we will need to work on the heating options. We use a pellet stove for most of our heating. It is a cleaner alternative for the environment. I will be making room for the winter pellets. Pellet stoves also help in not allowing the auxiliary heat of the furnace come on. Which causes the utility cost to soar. We are expecting a colder Winter this year.

With all the wet weather there has been a higher chance of mold and mildew. Therefore we had our air ducts and furnace cleaned. This is something that should be done at least every 3 to 5 years. Found that they were pretty nasty. Had them done about 3 years ago. However this year they were in bad condition. Were told with all the weather conditions, Hurricane and heavy rain the water basin table is high. That causes the humidity in the basement to be higher. So , we have a dehumidifier going to help with the extra moisture. If you have never had your ducts and furnace clean , you should look into it. There are many specials going on now.It is important to maintain a healthier indoor airflow.

We also had a Ultraviolet light installed to kill the viruses and mold growth. We are replacing the filter regularly as well as using a good 3M one.

A new series--Tuesday Tell All!

So, this series is about telling all those secrets I have found out there. The kind that will enhance our lives. I call them secrets because you might not have heard of them before. This being a new year and on top of that, we are entering a new decade! There are so many new things to learn and some old ones to uncover.

Ever thought about the old times. When our Granny's looked like the Mrs Clause. Plump and jolly, in the kitchen baking cookies and sweets for the Grand-kids. Oh, and of course spoiling them rotten. Their ages were between 50 and 60,s. Now Have you seen the new 50's and 60's? What is the secret to their young looking appearances? It is getting hard and hard for the Carnival age guesser..to guess their correct age!

Let's see to start out with, our cleansers, moisturizers and makeup have anti-aging products in them now. Helping our skin keep its youthful look. We love the hairdressers and that no.32A color in a bottle. There is a trend in eating healthier things, like omega 3 items and Whole wheat products. Or should I say we are reading more labels on the food entering our bodies. Our obsession with Exercising has increased. More 50+ year old's are doing outdoor activities. Like hiking, skiing, white water canoeing, marathons and many other sports. Well just this past years Winter Olympics we had an in his late 40's guy join the Curling team! I think he was around 48! The statement was made by Newscasters, that more older folks are entering this game. I wouldn't mind playing it myself! Even in the Ice Skating arena there are older folks reentering the competition.

So, I am seeing a Secret emerging ..... It is to stay active. No more Granny's in the Kitchen cooking those Cookies and sweets. They are out with the Grand-kids, enjoying a Second Childhood. Oh yes, Now you know their secret.

A new Year with New Beginnings.

We all love to have New Beginnings. Back sometime ago, I always vowed to be a different person every start of a new year. Nice a quiet, hold my tongue and be one of those persons people call Sweet. Oh My Mother was that kind a person. As for Me, Not in your lifetime. I am a very strong willed person, a Perfectionist and one who love to know everything!

Now this can be bad or good. Have learned over the years to really accept myself. I am design like this for a purpose, just need to find that purpose.

Here we are entering a New Year, can you believe it 2011. Never thought I would live to this date. But then again what kid growing up in the sixties ever thought of the year 2000? It was just a song! Remember in the year 2000, folks thought we would not have computers and our cars would stop running , the government would shut down and Our world as we knew it would change. Ha.. that did not happen. Instead we got smaller Cell phone, devices to download and read books from, cars that can run on solar as well as electric and gas and most important the ability to put Solar and Geothermal in private homes. Wow I would say that the two thousands years has progressed fairly well.

Here we are eleven years later and still living on this earth. No solar flare, sun still in place, cars still running and the Government...well, that is still out there. So one thing I would like to encourage you to do this New Year is ; Find something that would be easy for you to change.
I will help you with some Ideas:

1. Change your laundry detergent to a more environmental friendly one.
2. Buy a Water collector barrel to harvest the water for Gardening.
3. Grow your own Vegetables
4. Cut back on the car mileage , take the train or carpool twice a week.
5. Add a solar product to your home or yard.
6. Replace flooring with an eco-friendly material
7. Learn to Read labels on food items
8. Exercise twice a week
9. Read one book a month
10. Learn something new monthly

There you have it ten ideas. All within reach. Let's begin this New Year 2011 with a plan to Make our Lives Healthy and Our Environment Healthier.

What is on your mind? Thinking of something else one can do, share it in the comments. Or add it to the list below. I can't wait to hear your view.

Now simply click on the "Click here to enter" button and type your idea in the space, click enter and it will appear below. Now let's get started.

A Better Weight Control Tool-L.G.I.

Finding a way to maintain your weight by using the Glycemic Index chart could be the answer for some people. This Index is based on the Glucose level in your body. When the levels are up and down that can cause Binge eating. Causing one to eat more food than they need and then causing the body to store fat.
Now what we want to do is eat some foods that are Low Glycemic in nature. These are foods that will keep the glucose level on a even line longer. Making it easier to feel full and making it to the next meal time.
What are some of these foods. There is a list of the Glycemic Index number of the food items. The numbers that are below 55 are considered the Low index ones. These will level your glucose and stop those cravings between meals. For example one could eat cereals based on oats and bran, bread with wholegrain and sourdough, eat some noodles, pasta and use Basmati rice. Vegetable are good also, like cooked Carrots, sweet potato, Yams, and most all other veggies other than root one like white and russett pototes, which are high on the G-Index.
Milk is low on the list so a glass of milk can help in the weight lost process. Even whole milk is low in the number about 27. In fruits you can have cherries, grapefruit, apricots, apple , pears plums, peaches, oranges, grapes and bananas. All are below the 55 number.
Just trying to incorporate some of these will help in the process of losing weight. If you have a food that you would like to know how it rates on this Index try visiting here and type the foods name in and check it out.

Environmental Home Cleaning

It's time for an Environmental house cleaning. Hubby have been fighting a cough and chest thing for about a month now. Has been to the doctors and been told it's Asthma! Now I tell you with no testing how can they tell that. The Fact that he has never had Asthma and now in his fifties they say that word. It has me baffled.
So, I decided it is time for a whole house Environmental cleaning. This week I will start up stairs and work my way to the basement. Using products that are green and cleaning from the ceilings down to the floors.

Our environment in the home is so important to our health. With the weather changing we need this cleaning. Most of us think of a spring cleaning but, what about a Fall in home cleaning. Most sickness happens in the fall. Flu, colds and pneumonia are among the ones. Could our home air be the source? This is an ongoing question for the health industry. Some feel it has a great impact due to the fact we spend so much time in the home.

So are you ready to do an Environmental Home Cleaning with me? Let's have a sick free season this year. What do you think does the home environment contribute to of health woes?

Living with a C-PAP User.

Some time ago I post a article about C-Paps (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) machines. These machine are used to help with sleeping. One cause of early death is the lack of the body being able to rest. Without proper rest, ones body can not repair and do the maintenance needed to keep a healthy body. The Lack of Sleep can cause one to fall asleep during the wakened hours. A person would not be able to control it, for our bodies need that down time. Imagine being behind a wheel of the car and falling asleep, or at a important meeting and nodding off. This is happening more and more in today's society.

Some years back, about 15, My dad was having trouble staying awake during the work day. finding himself nodding off at a stoplight and fighting to stay awake while working and sitting. After going to the doctors he found out he had Sleep Apnea. A condition that was robbing him of night time sleep. Snoring, tossing and stopping of breath intake, causing the body not to be able to go into the deep sleep. finding himself waking up grasping for air or needing to go to the bathroom. Which is a mechanism the body uses to release the pressure built up in the blood stream caused by lack of oxygen. This is diagnosed as sleep apnea. Dad was given a C-pap machine that he strapped to his head and it forced air into his airway. Keeping his airway opened to get the air needed and to get to that deep sleep. Back then the machine where loud and cause problem for the partners sleeping routine. I remember my Mother saying it is hard to get use to the noise. However she did and was able the sleep through the night. Now if you are a light sleeper I think it would be harder.

About two weeks ago My husband was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea. He was fitted with a C-pap machine . I thought Oh boy this is going to be rough for me. The newer machine are much quieter and are barely heard. Since he has been using it I have noticed that he is awake more, not falling asleep when talked to and has a energy I haven't seen in a long time. He did have to have some adjustment to the machine but, now seems to be doing well.

I wonder how many folks use this C-Pap machines. I have a few friends using them and the sleep clinics are backed up waiting to be diagnosed. Do you know anyone using one? Or is this the first time reading about this machine?
If it prolong life and give the body the time to do its functions, I think it is worth it.

Editorial on "Closure" Can we really have it?

"Closure " a word used in our world to describe moving on with life. Every one has heard the phrase; "You must have closure to heal". So I now question this theory. It has been nine years since the Trade Tower, Pentagon and Pennsylvania plane crash event. Each year I see the videos and photos plastered on the Networks. Recently I heard a lady say.. She knows she needs to have closure, but it hasn't come to her yet. Her husband was on flight #77 that hit the Pentagon.

Now I ask is this term "Closure" really important for one to move on in life? When we lose a loved one by an act of terror, through illness or natural causes are we expected to just forget about them, lay them to rest and continue on. For that is truly what Closure means. To close that chapter of your book for life, so one can move forward.

How can one forget about such a loss? I think it is not possible. Many times when folks lose a loved one, they were close to, a part of that person stays with them. You might say they became entwined at some point. It is not uncommon to think about the person throughout the years. With an anniversary of their departure having been impregnated in your mind.

Is this a Healthy state of mind? Yes I think so. Remembrance is a core of who we are. The things we do are done with the memory of things once done. Our whole life is based on things past. Isn't it common to hear phrases like..When I was younger... Way back When.. When I was your age... I remember when...We have always done it this way... It's Tradition that's why we do it. All these phrases have to do with the past. We grow up with the knowledge of former years. Therefore Closure in its form of the pain of loss going away will not happen. Oh yes we will go numb at the thought of crying and we will be able to handle our life without the loved one. However the anniversaries and certain places will affect our emotions.

I want to close with a story about me. Several years back my Mother took me to a Support Group for Fallen Officers. I thought this will be fine. I was very young when Grandfather was murdered and I have never been emotional about it. So off I went. During the session I got so upset. Never realizing that his untimely death would trigger so many things in the future. For you see, He would never be able to see me grow up, graduate college, get married, have a child or any other things that happened or will happen in my life. I was so upset that it took me months to sort though those thoughts. Now every year when I go to the Memorial Service I get that feeling in the pit of my stomach, a tear or two might leak out and I remember my Grandfathers life and how it affected mine. Today my Daughter knows her Great Grandfather even though she has never met him. She knows the history of him and about his untimely death.

So you see "Closure" is not the word to use here. For it is not really putting an end to it or forgetting about it. The main thing is to hold it dear and close to us, Lest we forget how that person or thing affected our lives today.

New Weight Scales

Time for a new scale. The old scales just refused to give a weight at times. We would step on it and it would just remain blank. Oh I liked it, that meant I was losing weight right? Whatever number you thought up would be good. Another Problem we had with it was, It weighed us 5 pounds heavier when it did give a number. That drove everyone mad as a Hatter. It made me feel great. I always knew I could deduct the 5 pounds or maybe more,if I had clothes on, from the number. Well to say the least I never really knew my true weight in the buff.
With My daughter having to lose the weight and her working with a nutritionist, it was time for a newer scale. More updated and a better motivator, one that will give more information on our body and can be set to each of us.
So off to the store we went. Oh boy so many types to choose from. There were ones that measure water composition, how do they do that? Another gives you all the facts... Your BMI, Calories and Weight. The one thing that drives me crazy is all these choices. I am never good at too many choices. Therefore we looked and then Walked the Mall. Thought about which one would suit our family's need.

This was our choice:
Health Station Sport Scale by Homedics.

Now this scale has four individual settings. Each one ask for your height, age, gender and athletic status. By inputting this information, it will be able to give a BMI and a suggestive Caloric intake to maintain that weight. If you are working to get to a desired caloric intake, this is a great choice. Even if you want to get to a desired weight with a healthier BMI. It will help one maintain that weight. Just knowing how many calories to consume can stop the Yo-Yo effect of loosing weight.
I have already lost 5 lbs using this scale, you know the five the other scale added. But seriously I have really lost 5 real pounds since using the scale. It was a great choice for the family and hopefully we are on our way to a fitter person. Oh what a new motivator scale can do.

Hot or Cold Water?

The other day Hubby was putting water on the stove for Pasta. Noticed he was using Hot water from the faucet . I was taught not to use Hot Faucet Water for cooking. Never told why just not to. Watching several Italian cooking shows they stated the same thing " Always use Cold water for your cooking.". So Why is that?

Well, I looked it up and found out a few things. First off Most homes built before 1986 have copper pipes and lead solder was used to connect the pipes. Some homes in the world still use this kind a piping. The EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) administration stated that hot water will bring with it the metals from the pipes to your faucet. They recommend that you do not consume Hot water for drink purposes. Always use cold water for food preparation and consumption.

Okay now here is the second reason. It's your Hot Water tank. You realize that the tank has corrosive metals in it. Over time it will weaken and burst. Just think that is where the hot water is coming from. The water sits in the tank for days, so when you call it up, by turning on one of the faucet the water has dissolved metals in it already.

Lead poisoning has been getting a lot of attention lately. Some believing it may be the cause of A.D.D.(Attention Deficit Disorder). Hubby stated he has always used Hot water in cooking. Then stated Maybe that is my Problem, now I have Poisoned by brain.
We laugh about it now, but in reality it could be very unhealthy. I always thought you should use Cold water just to make Good Pasta. However by hubby making me give him a Logical answer I learned a lot.

My Vintage Sewing Room Project.

My Grandmother was a Seamstress. I remember going to her home and she would be working in the sewing room. She had her business in her home. Now the house is gone however the memories are still with me. I really think that is why I love sewing. My dream was to have a area where I could bring back that feeling of old. Being a little girl and young teen visiting Granny's home was a great time in my life. My Granny has been gone from this earth for over twenty years now. I have so much of her things from cloths to tools.
The paint has been selected and tomorrow I will be talking to the Muralist and closet designer. Stay tune for my Very Green Vintage Sewing Room updates.

Getting on the Green Train

Ed Begley is the reason I got on the Green Train. I began watching his show in 2007. After a couple years, started to rethink how I was living. Made some small changes with just a few things, like Housecleaning items and Household items. Then I started carrying my own bags for shopping. Looking at the food I was purchasing, how was it grown? Today we have a whole house solar system and a couple rain barrels. Every decision I make has a underlined question, Is it a green choice? Thought I would introduce you to Ed. This video running time is 3 minutes

Here is a link to viewing some of his "Living With ED" series.

Going Green together- Floors and Closets

We have been looking to replace our kitchen and dinning room floors. In looking at what type and trying to stay green I had found that there are so many choices. We are leaning toward a type of wood grain floor. I never really thought about some of the things like, allergies and air quality. We are also redoing a couple closets. I found this Program from PBS on Green floors and closets. It has some good info on it. Even though the cost is varied, I think it has some educational information on why these are green and how to be healthier in your home.
The running time is 26 minutes. There are a couple of commercials, hey they have the pay for the video somehow.

Start Living Greener--- How?

Want to jump on the green Scene but not sure how to start living Green? I found just starting with one item will begin the process. Let's look at an easy place to start.... where you shop. Most Store are taking the green turn nowadays, you can see the be greener sign all around. Choosing one item that is greener can be a beginning. Perhaps you can replace one product with an greener version. That's all it takes to begin the greener journey.
I would like to tell you how I started. Two years ago, after my Mom died of cancer, we needed to repaint some rooms. Cancer had been a large part of my life for about 2 years prior. I never thought about the environment and cancer as being connected. After learning that Environmental things are the cause for some cancers, I got to thinking about my home environment. The products we put on the walls, are they healthy?
Searching for the answers, I learn that Paint has additives that are known to cause cancer. We spend more time in our home with our children, shouldn't it be a healthy place. We changed our regular paint brand choice with one that had none of the cancer causing additives. Yes I was skeptic at first, Will it cover the wall and be durable. Well it has been two years and the paint is still on the walls, the color has not changed and most importantly there are no cancer causing additives airborne is the home.
Now I know you want to ask how I know the color is the same. Well, a few months ago I needed to do some touch up around a new thermostat that replaced our old one. I had to buy some new paint, same color. I painted it and no one could tell I did. Hubby didn't even know the thermostat was even smaller. I had to point it out to him, he was amazed that the color blending into the whole wall. He didn't even know I painted cause there was no smell.
I started with the paint and move on to more greener products. In two year I now wash, bath, and shop with a greener view.

Tuesday Post It

I am always writing on Post it notes. I have a few in my house scattered around in rooms. Supahmommy thought it would be fun to do a post using the Post-It Notes. Supahmommy has a neat link system on her blog go check it out Here.

I have been working on the New Fitness Log blog for a week now. Posting food and exercise logs, as well as sharing some information I learn along the way. After much consideration decided to open it up to all. The process to invite and have people log in seemed too time consuming. My hubby helped me look into the process of someone visiting the page. I did not like the setup. So I will open it up, take a look see if it is something you would like to visit. I do post daily and some times more than once.

Living Longer in this Century

Last year I blogged about SparkPeople . I have a blog there and write on it occasionally. As with any health Plan one starts, one can get too busy to stay focused. That is me with my eating/exercising routine. The Winter can be a rough time, all the comfort food and cold weather. Our clothing gets bulkier, making it easier to hide those extra pounds. We do not get outdoors everyday. With all the Home exercise equipment, computer internet, and DVD exercise programs we have more resources to assist us on our time schedule. Why is it then that we still are battling the weight and health issue.
I think it is because we have become more concerned with having good essteem with our bodies, that we forget about the health issue in Overweight. How many times do you hear " don't judge a person by their apperence", "He has always been a chubby boy, that just his body type", " they are just big boned" and other statements made about heavier body types. There needs to be a way to respect a person and still realize that our weight effects our life expectancy.
Heard the other day we are living longer and that is good. However who is living longer? People who are living into there 90's are thoes who exercise at least three times a week, stays active with their minds, work longer (do not tend to retire to do nothing), and continues to do something that they like (makes them happy).
With all this new information at our fingertips, we should be able to take back control of our health and bodies, live longer and defy the old age syndrome. I blog to keep my mind active and keep me young. Unless you tell your age no one know it and you can be young again or older and wiser, whichever you would like. The key to living longer , Stay active, do something you enjoy, and eat less.

Are you sleeping good?

As I stated before a good bed can approve you quality sleeping time. There is one thing that can steal it from you, Sleep Apnea. The term Apnea means Without Breathe. The causes can be a few things; Overweight, weakened throat muscle, fat deposits in the neck region and some times just aging. It can also be hereditary, who know that family they all snore and laugh about it. The percentage of people with Sleep Apnea has risen in this decade. Perhaps the main reason is our lifestyles. We will look as the symptom and treatments for sleep apnea.
There are several symptoms for sleep apnea. To list a few;
  • (hypersomnia) You find yourself sleepy throughout the day more and more.
  • Snoring loudly, this is a clue for sleep apnea caused by weakened throat muscles.
  • Observed episodes of no breathing or quiet, no breath sounds, this is always seen by a mate.
  • Waking up with shortness of breath or can't seem to catch your breathe, this is more likely with central sleep apnea
  • Awakening with a dry mouth or sore throat
  • Morning headache
  • Insomnia and difficult staying asleep
  • Having to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, Your body trying to get rid of fluid. The brain is trying to reduce pressure in the body.
As you can see there are several signs. some are more severe than others. My thought is in early decades people died in their sleep and the cause was documented as natural causes. In today's medical community we know much more. Now we have sleep clinics set up all over the nation to help in diagnosing this deadly condition, known as Sleep Apnea.

Let look at the treatments. Currently there are four treatments. Continuous positive airway pressure also known as CPAP,Adjustable airway pressure devices know as BiPAP,Oral appliances and Surgery.
My dad has Sleep Apnea and has used a CPAP for years. This device delivers a continuous air pressure to your throat, to keep the airway opened. In my fathers situation it is causing a dry throat. There are ones that also deliver moisture with the air. The air it uses in the home air. No added oxygen, so in my mind a house filter is a must and maybe a humidifier. The CPAP is the most common machine used for Sleep Apnea.
The BiPAP is another type of breathing device that delivers a different type of airway pressure. It automatically adjusts the pressure while you're sleeping. Providing more pressure when you inhale and less when you exhale. If one is having trouble with the CPAP, this is another alternative to try.
If you have mild sleep Apnea, the Dentist can make an Oral appliance that can bring the jaw forward and prevent the collapse of the airway. These are molded just for your mouth. In some cases these will work well while you are changing your lifestyle. For example if your is caused by a weight issue.
The fourth is surgery, this is a more invasive method. Sometimes removal of the epiglottis, tonsils and adenoids can help with the snoring. However, it may be less successful in treating sleep apnea because tissue farther down your throat may still block your air passage. Moving the jaw forward is another surgery. This one can be a success but requires several doctors working together and is a most costly one. The more permanent option is a tracheotomy. You may need this form of surgery if other treatments have failed and you have severe, life-threatening sleep apnea. In this procedure, your surgeon makes an opening in your neck and inserts a metal or plastic tube through which you breathe. You keep the opening covered during the day. But at night you uncover it to allow air to pass in and out of your lungs, bypassing the blocked air passage in your throat.

However you view Sleep Apnea it is rising in the world. Knowing that fact and seeking treatments is a healthy choice for longer life. Being tired can contribute to many more life's problems with work, home and fun. Let's get our quality rest we so much need.

Are You At Risk? Know the "Facts".

Two years ago today my mother died from Ovarian cancer. This cancer affects women worldwide. 1 in 70 will develop ovarian cancer worldwide. In the United States, about 1 in 56 women develops cancer of the ovary. More than 26,000 new cases are diagnosed each year in the U.S and 190,000 Worldwide. Think about it, this does not mean it is rare! Last year over 15,000 women died from ovarian cancer. It is called the Silent Killer. Mostly due to the fact that most people do not know the warning signs. Yes there are some. If any of the following signs are happening more then a couple of weeks a month you should go to the doctor.

-Abdominal Swelling/Bloating/Clothes Too Tight
-Abdominal/Pelvic Pain or Pressure or Feeling "Full"
-Gastrointestinal Symptoms (such as gas, indigestion, nausea, or changes in bowel movements)
-Vaginal Bleeding or Discharge
-Urinary Problems - Urgency, Burning, or Spasms
-Fatigue and/or Fever
-Pain During Intercourse
-Back Pain
-Difficulty Breathing

Just having some of these does not mean you have ovarian cancer, but why not get checked out. If caught early enough you can survive.
