Ionized Water- "Good or Not"?

We did well over the weekend. Even with the snow and rain. Today is Sunny and we are delighted, Go solar!Watched "Living With Ed" last night. They were installing a water ionizer. I didn't know the PH of the water really mattered. I will have to look into that. It should make a good post later this week. So here's a question for you. Do you think ionized water is better city or spring water? Love to hear your thoughts.

  1. Ionized alkaline water occurs naturally at a handful of pristine springs around the Earth. One is called “Trinity Springs” in Ketchum Idaho. Here is a link to our response to Dr. Andrew Weil on pH. http://home.earthlink.net/~microwater/hydroanalytics/id15.html

We’ve been drinking ionized water for 15 years and positively swear by it.
